With variations, so much of this is my story too. Not so much the yacht and the bach (we had an 8 foot dingy with a sail attached, and we went camping in DoC campgrounds rather than having a holiday house ), but very much the support and the opportunities, and the strong sense that my parents would back me, and find the resources if there was something I wanted to do. I have been so very lucky, and all I can do in response to that is make sure that I pay it forward.
